I always enjoy my time at the Renaissance and this stay was no different. As always, the bed was comfortable, the view was lovely (I stayed in a corner room on the top floor), and the bathroom was nice and spacious. In addition, the staff was super friendly and I want to give a shout-out to Rocco who helped my friend and I when we were having trouble locating our Didi on our way out to dinner. He even checked in with me when I came back to ask how our evening was. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I also really enjoyed the breakfast.

We stayed in two rooms in our family trip to Beijing. The location is very convenient. The beds are very comfortable. The view of the city is amazing. The breakfast is very delicious. The room is very comfortable and spacious. The only drawback is in one of the rooms it smells as someone has smoked. In the other room, the ventilation of the bathroom seems broken.

There are lots of shops, restaurants around the hotel, and some of the major attractions are either within walking distance or quick trip by Taxi, hotel staff can call taxi for you anytime you are ready to go out. I found the staff are very professional, always ready to help, give you the best service.

Excellent location, friendly staff who either speak English or happy to translate, clean hotel and clean rooms, great facilities including swimming pool/spa, huge breakfast choice for European and Asian guests, overall very happy with our stay and would book again if visiting Beijing. The gentlemen on the concierge are excellent!

The hotel was very near Wangfujing and many other popular sightseeing places. Hotel was modern, clean and rooms were clean and properly maintained. Breakfast was good with some daily live station of handmake pau and noodles. Laundry was fast to returned by evening when sent in the morning. Approachable and friendly staff.
